Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE OUR BUILDING IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION, HOWEVER IS STILL VERY SAFE AND DOES NOT AFFECT US AS WE ARE LOCATED UPSTAIRS ON THIRD FLOOR. By booking at Go Rage, you agree to our booking policy, which ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please ensure that you have also read the terms and conditions. All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or in person. Once booked, a confirmation will be sent, which must be presented upon arrival. Please ensure you arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in reduced participation time with no refund provided. Please ensure that you wear the correct safety shoes, which are TRAINERS OR BOOTS as this will not be provided to you. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of deposits or full payment. Go Rage maintains a strict no-refund policy. Please be aware that the building we are currently renting out is undergoing a lot of construction, so be careful upon arrival!
